Return and Refund Policy

At Peers United we want you to be happy with your purchase.
This policy explains your rights and how we handle returns and refunds.


Changing Your Mind

  • You have 14 days from when you get your order to change your mind.
  • You can return the item for a refund or exchange it for another item as long as it is in an unused condition.
  • Some items cannot be returned, this includes:
    • Personalised or made-to-order products - We will always tell you on the product page if an item cannot be returned.


Faulty or Wrong Items

  • If your item arrives broken, damaged, or the wrong item is sent, please contact us right away. You have 30 days in which to notify us, however please be aware we do a lot of limited condition items which once sold out we would be unable to replace and would have to send an alterative product of your choice of same value, or refund you in full - including shipping cost.


Wrong Address

  • If you do not receive an item due to providing us the wrong address or an incomplete address, we will be unable to refund or replace the order, so please check the address you enter at check out.


How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us via the contact form within 14 days of receiving your order (or within 30 days if broken, damaged, or the wrong item is sent).
  2. Include your order number and tell us which item(s) you wish to return and why.
  3. We will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
  4. You pay for return shipping unless the item is faulty or sent wrong.
  5. We suggest using a trackable shipping service if you can, so we can see it has been returned.
  6. Please ensure items are returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale (where applicable).


Refunds

  • Once we get your item back, we will check it.
  • If  everything is okay, we will refund your money within 14 days.
  • Refunds go back to the same payment method you used.
  • We cannot refund the original shipping cost, unless the item is faulty or sent incorrectly due to a mistake our end.
